Shipping Direct to Show Vs. Advanced Warehouse~Do your homework and refer to the Show Kit for each show. In order to determine which method is more cost effective look at the drayage rate in conjunction with the cost to ship to the Adv. Warehouse or Direct to Show. Sometimes it is less expensive to ship Direct to Show because some shows now include the cost of drayage with booth space if you do. If you do Ship Direct to Show, keep the venue in mind as cost can be higher if you incur wait times.
